As a follow-up, I did pack my lunch for the 10 work days prior to Thanksgiving and I documented almost all of them. Two days, I had the exact same lunch, but the fact that I went out of my way to change up lunch each day just in case one of the readers or Facebook fans was keeping track, was a challenge for me. I tend to make two or three meals on Sunday and eat them for lunch and dinner through the week. Additionally, for the eagle-eye readers, you’ll notice I’m toting a new bag. Oh yeah, a packed lunch is the new black!
I’d say there is one more opportunity to carve out a 10-day period for packing your lunch. Some will say it is hard because they have too many lunch dates (you’re so popular!) but for those who like a good reason to keep to on track as we head into cookie season, excuse me, the holidays the Lunch It Punch It challenge is it!
It’s easier to be proactive in losing or maintaining weight or balancing a personal budget, then it is to be reactive.
