It’s always a bummer when a place you like, closes. I hope Son of a Preacher Man is able to find a new spot in Cincinnati because their chicken biscuit is where it’s at!

My first visit was during happy hour and while neither of us would be considered experts on liquor, we felt it necessary to try one of the drink specials. Our server helped us select our drinks and I’d say the each tasted very much like the liquors mentioned and gave us that warm in the chest feeling – perfect because it was cold outside!

We both opted for the chicken biscuit with one getting the Mac and cheese and the other mashed potatoes. You can’t go wrong with either option!
