If you’re looking for something fun to do on an upcoming weekend, I recommend strolling through Old Mill district of Milford, Ohio. Coffee, cupcakes, pizza, donuts, chocolate, art, antiques, fitness, photography and gift shopping, there is a little bit of everything.

I spent a recent afternoon there getting photography tips from Keiser Photography, shopping for gifts, peeking in Studio E, and buying chocolate at Auel’s. In my photo is a dark chocolate turtle and it was worth every dime and calorie. This is really a mom and pop shop, with Randy and Kim operating it and willing to engage you in conversation. If you’re in Milford or driving through, make time to stop for a piece of chocolate. Since it is sold in individual pieces, you cannot use the excuse of it’s too much. It’s deliciously just right!
