Both my college and grade school years were instrumental in who I am today.

I started this blog in 2006 after retiring the online shop that had been previously at this URL. At that time, I only knew a few other online craft businesses. I had to teach myself CSS and PHP in order to implement a secure shopping cart. Then, I had to find and convince strangers without social media’s popularity to buy my goods. For perspective, today a computer novice can log into etsy and within minutes share with her social media circles that she’s in business.

I love my family and friends, I enjoy living in Cincinnati, and working out at the gym (indoor cycling, yoga, pilates, strength training), with DVDs at home or at the parks. I purchased my house in 2009 and am not afraid of a home improvement project and get a thrill wheeling and dealing at garage sales and flea markets. Music, photography, DIY, crafts, libraries, and packing my lunch also occupy my time.

Fellow bloggers: I write this blog because I enjoy sharing. If you find something you like (an idea, one photo or a snippet of content) and would like to share on your site, please link back to my site with credit. Thank you.

Brands and Businesses: I love working with you! Chances are I’m using your product, I just haven’t professed my love here, but maybe I tweeted it or shared on Instagram.

I participate in blogger outreach opportunities because I enjoy working with organizations and companies that align with my interests. I work full-time outside of writing and creating social communities for udandi and Lunch It Punch It.

Please contact me udandi@gmail.com if you believe there is an opportunity to work together.

Workouts I’ve enjoyed:
Parcourse Trail Workouts for Fitness
Cyclebar Cincinnati Indoor Cycling
High Intensity Interval Training
Yoga Every Damn Way

Examples of what I like to do in my free time:
127 World’s Longest Yard Sale
Country Living Fair
Burlington Antique Market
Kitchen Aid Experience

Conferences and events I like to attend:
5B – Cincinnati (2013 organizer)
Bloggy Conference – Cincinnati
Startup Weekend – Cincinnati

    Hi Andi.
Stopping by after reading your comment on my Oh Snap/boudoir post. I just had to come see your 3rd grade picture. Nice sexy specs!! : ) I was pretty clueless myself and sometimes I am thankful I was a complete dork growing up. Otherwise, I’m pretty sure I would have been a big tramp.
