I love candied almonds and I bought those Martha Stewart bags so come holiday time I can multiple this Happy Hour mix and package it, fast & easy!
In a saucepan bring to a boil, stirring constantly:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tbsp water
pour over:
1 cup almonds
1 cup pretzels
toss gently
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread mixture single layer
bake at 300 for about 20 minutes or until the almonds are crispy
