Sunday, I was waiting around for someone who saw a Craigslist post to come and hopefully buy the pedestal sink I took out of my bathroom. While, trying to figure out what lunches to pack this week, I decided to procrastinate a little more and make chocolate chip cookies and make up a recipe.
I didn’t have a pizza crust otherwise, I would have made buffalo chicken pizza. I did have crescent rolls, which I cut into sections, spread with a mixture of chicken, hot sauce and cheese, then seamed together and baked at 375 for 15 minutes. After I took them out I brushed with melted butter and cut into bite-size pieces.
Good football snack, after school treat or in the lunch bag!
1 can chicken
1/4 cup hot sauce
4 oz cheddar cheese
2 tubes of seamless crescent rolls (or 1 tube and save the extra meat)
Spread out the crescent rolls, divide into 4 pieces
Mix remaining ingredients.
Spoon onto center of dough.
Pinch dough together and place seam side down on baking sheet.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Remove and brush with melted.
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
