Today I’m having one of my frozen dinners.  I’ve really liked having my frozen pot pies ready and waiting just to pull out of the freezer.  It comes in really handy when you wake up just a little bit later than planned.

Chicken Pot Pie (Look under Lin for the Recipe)

• Applesauce
• Red Pepper hummus
• Bagel Chips
• Water
