This is a loose recipe based on one my mom made for us as kids. I am not providing a pan size because it will depend how much pancake mix you make. You will want a pan that will allow you to fill no more than half way because as it bakes it will puff up! I had enough for 12 medium size pancakes and used a 6 cup Pyrex rectangle and that seemed to work well.

Mix up pancake according to your recipe or box mix
Choose a pan and spray with cooking spray
Cook for 10 minutes on 350*
Remove from oven
Add powder sugar
Return to oven and cook 10 more minutes
