I was looking through the October 1966 issue of Family Circle reading the advertisements looking for something to add to my projects when I saw this ad.

The daughter wished her mom was slim but didn’t say anything because she didn’t want to hurt her. But she let them use that photo of mom?! geez.

Mom weighed 227 pounds and wore a 22 1/2, now she’s 130 and a size 12! As for her looking great, how would we know?! That’s not even the same woman and it’s not just because she took off her husband’s glasses and got off the phone!

Happy Monday! I told my sister I’m so excited for vacation that I figure I’ve got about 62% to give this week and that’s going to peak on Tuesday and tapper off by Friday.
