2012 has been a year of change for me. Investing more in myself and health and the last three months of fitness posts have reflected that. While I’ve always enjoyed lifting, I started spinning (cycling) in March, added hot yoga in October, have tried Zumba, kettlebells and other cardio classes, worked out with friends, reviewed most of the DVDs I use on a regular basis and acquired various fitness-related goods that I USE weekly if not daily!
