If you’re on Twitter or Instagram, include the hashtag #lunchitpunchit. If you’re on Facebook, you can upload a photo to the fan page.

What to share? It could be a photo of your lunch bag, an item in your lunch, the whole spread, your favorite reusable sandwich or snack bag, an example of how you recycle containers to pack your lunch or just a description of what you’re eating.

You never know when you might inspire another lunch packer.
