Ugh… Jillian Michaels! Why do I keep going back, when the whole time I’m doing Jillian’s dvd, 30 Day Shred, I’m cursing at her. Maybe I like her because her exercise dvds aren’t dance routines that you have to learn just to be able to do the exercies. No, they are actually exercises that a regular person can at least attempt to do and I’ve gotten pretty good results. I like how she does circuits and that the circuits focus on strength, cardio, and abs. It makes for a well-rounded full workout. To shake things up a bit with Jillian I also do the No More Trouble Zones dvd. It focuses more on strength, toning, and abs, so its nice to mix it up with the 30 Day Shred to get a full range of workouts during the week. Yes, while doing the dvd’s I’m not a fan of Jillian, but she does get results and for that I am a fan.
