Every birthday, my mom reminds how cold and snowy it was in Northern Ohio. How thick ice formed on the outside of windows and how it turned out to be one of the coldest winters recorded in Ohio.

Sounds delightful, eh? It’s not that I don’t like the cold or the holidays, but I am looking forward to my first warm climate birthday!

It has been a good year and I look forward to capping it off with time spent with my best travel bud before she takes off for the trip of her life!
