Free Yoga in Cincinnati

Free yoga and other workout classes in the warmer months of spring, summer and fall are starting to take hold and this is a great thing for those of us looking to be active with friends without spending too much money or an activity centered around food and beer (I’m not opposed, but a break is welcome!).

Please check the websites to make sure the times, fees and class descriptions fit your needs. Although studios offer mat rental, I recommend you invest in your own and keep it clean and ready in your car. You can get a 6-piece yoga set and have all you’ll need to get started.

In 2013, I went to my first free, outdoor yoga class at Washington Park (Yoga on the Green). In 2015, they’ve offer classes on Tuesday and Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings under the Workout for All and Interact for Health.
Tuesdays
6:00pm: Total Body Sculpting
7:15pm: Boot Camp
Wednesday
6:00pm: Pilates
7:15pm: Zumba
Saturdays
9:00am YMCA class variety (see schedule)

I’ve started going to yoga in Washington Park and I really enjoy it. I think there’s something about being outside, especially after a day in the office, that makes it such a good experience. Thanks for putting this list together!
