This week, I’m eating chicken, tomato ad cheese quesadillas that I make the night before. It is not that I cannot reheat my lunch, I just prefer to eat this cold.
Also, I’m having plain yogurt with strawberries and carrots. If I get hungry in the afternoon I eat an apple with cheese.
All of these items can be packed the night before, which is essential because now I am going to the gym in the morning so I wake up and grab my work clothes bag and lunch bag and run out the door.
