I work in Collection Development for a public library. Using selection criteria set forth by the library system, I buy library materials.

Most times when I’ve reviewed a book or DVD, it is from the circulating collection at the library – I see so much great material and I want to see it circulate. For this blog, I am open to authors or publishers sending me craft, domestic arts or fitness books or DVDs to review and will disclose such in the post.

I have enjoyed free parties at Cincinnati places because I am Yelp Elite. I may blog about it, but that’s just because I like and want to support the business. Often my mentioning a place, brand or product is the result of just plain liking it.

I love useful products related to craft projects, home organization, kitchen organization, food preparation, lunch packing, home improvement solutions and Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky establishments.

I’ve carefully selected affiliate marketing ads to run in the sidebar or appear in posts with end disclosure. It costs nothing for readers to click through these links, but as a blogger I received a small percentage of any sale that is made. The money generated through this endeavor is used to pay for hosting and domain fees.
