Chicken Sausage

Because I have been sick, this has been a dreadfully long week for me. Luckily, I had my lunch ideas ready at the start of the week.

They were simple. Chicken sausage with carrots or clementines. Yogurt for a snack.

The weather has been beautiful so I has been able to take much outside. So nice to get out of the artificial light for a little while.
