Want Panera Bread to pay for your next lunch? Read on for details!
Recently, the Cincinnati Enquirer tweeted to a bunch of businesses, you’re on the top workplaces for Cincinnati, check out the list. Naturally, I was curious not because I expected to see my workplace on the list (I don’t remember taking the 22-question survey), but to see what types of businesses DID make the list. The organization that handles the survey partners with 30 newspapers, so you might see if you’re city is on the list.
One business that was on the Cincinnati list and why this has anything to do with lunch packing is Panera Bread, which operates 21 locations and a regional office in Cincinnati. Panera participated in this evaluation as part of its commitment to providing the best service possible for both employees and customers. Cincinnati-area Panera Bread employees most value the company’s management team, growth opportunity and benefits package. That might explain why compared to other places I go, Panera employees are happy to take, make and help with my order. They actually enjoy working for Panera!
“Celebrating our Top Workplaces achievement wouldn’t be nearly as gratifying without the dedication and support of our Cincinnati bakery-cafe team members,” said Craig Flom, President, Breads of the World, LLC, franchisee of Panera Bread in Southwest Ohio. “We are proud of the dedicated Cincinnati employees that uphold our core values, serve our customers each day, and truly make our business great.”
I like that if I use My Panera card, Panera adds incentives to keep me returning and lets me know via email. Lately, it’s been for money off a salad, which if you read the tiny print says you can use with a Pick Two, so I eat one and save the other. The Panera Loyalty Program Manager probably likes that if asked if I’d like to add a cookie or pastry, I see those white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and say SURE!
The local franchisee asked if I would toot their horn about being a top workplace in Cincinnati? Yes, if you buy lunch for one of my lucky readers.
Actually, it is $25 gift card so in your comment, let me know who you will treat to lunch! For additional entries, get social with either of my blogs.
