I love these beds! I have a double and my parents own a single, which we share as needed. They are not like other air mattresses that tend to lose air overnight, these beds stay firm! I have an extra set of sheets that I put in each carry-all bag so all I need to do is grab a pillow and blanket to make my bed ready to go! The enclosed pump inflates the bed in a minute and it deflates in seconds so getting ready for bed and packing up is always a cinch.
When I visit my sister’s, I take the single. Last year for a friend’s out-of-town wedding, three of us were in a room with a queen size bed. Since I was driving up for the wedding, I brought along the Aerobed. In graduate school, three friends came to visit and they all slept on Aerobeds in my “guest room” and then they did it again when they visited my parents’ house to celebrate my graduation (it was like camping because we were staying in a finished, but not moved in house)!

June 13, 2012 at 10:40 amI made the mistake of taking my family camping too early. My daughter was only a few years old. We packed up all of her baby minky blankets and went to the warmest place that I could think of in the middle of the summer. My daughter did not like the open air and bugs and was up most of the night. My wife and I had a air mattress, but it started to deflate after about an hour of sleeping on it. I will have to check out this air mattress because it looks like much better quality than the one that I used to have.
