I am Andrea, University of Dayton alum, nicknamed Andi. UD + Andi = udandi

udandi is pronounced “you dandy” and I always spelled with lowercase letters.

I started this blog in 2006 after retiring the online shop that had been at this URL since 2001. At that time, I only knew a few other online craft businesses and you had to know something about HTML, CSS and PHP in order to implement a secure shopping cart.

My interests include hanging with my family and friends, Cincinnati, laughing loudly, crafts, DIY, home improvement projects (I purchased my house in 2009) libraries, garage sales, flea markets, finding deals, photography, and packing my lunch.
