I’m still working on cleaning and organizing my craft supplies so that one day my shelves will look more like this embroidered image than the current mess they are in. I’ve been able to consolidate my craft chest of drawers into two rubbermaid bins. My hope is to get rid of the chest of drawers and neighboring open shelves and get a wardrobe with doors.
Going for something more like this, where I can close it all away…this is shop supplies, but I think if I whittle away I can hang fabric, use a pants hanger for ribbons, paper storage slots, boxes for smaller stuff and away we go. What ideas do you have?

Oh, wait. If I read correctly, would you like help to make it look more like this?? A good trip to Michaels is in order. I can even keep an eye out for the 50% off coupons that I occasionally get for you! I wish that I had ‘a room†or even some room for my scrapbooking. Right now, to sew or craft, I simply pull up a plastic bin to the dining room table in the middle of an unfinished kitchen that has no chairs.
