Tied-Up Pool Towels

towelribbonsEach year, Target offers $4 towels and I stocked up a couple of years ago but it wasn’t until this year that I decided to add a simple customization. I like to fold my towel and the roll it to fit into my bag so by adding ribbons to one end, it will stay rolled. All I did was sew two ribbons on the side of my towel, near the top. Once I roll it, I can take each ribbon around the roll and tie together. This took about 2 minutes to complete.

This could work well for kids to carry their own towels to the pool so that mom does not have to wrestle with all the towels AND the pool toys.
