This afternoon at work we will be having another workroom party to celebrate a birthday and a departure. I am not going to lie, I look forward to these days because I get to sample the delights of my coworkers’ efforts!
Since another coworker is making a cake, I decided to make chocolate chip ice cream pie, which I originally posted last August when I made it for my dad’s birthday.
The previous workroom party I made crispy chocolate marshmallow treats, which are insanely delicious but oh so easy to make!

Looks good! My youngest son and I have made ice cream pies to bring to school for pie day and for Thanksgiving as something different!
