The iHeartFaces prompt for this week is joy and it reminded me of this photo. You know how when you hear the name of a person an image flashes into your mind? This is the image I see when I say this nephew’s name.
I will always remember this as the first photo I took of J-baby smiling without his binkie (and I pass no judgment on the binkie). He had a rough first year with ear infections and then tubes, so this smile means so much. When my sister talks about what he is doing or I say his name, I see this smile!
