Recipe: Taco Dip

When LE, my coworker, came over she brought taco dip in two dishes one in this adorable Pyrex dish that I get to keep! I'm so excited because we have both discussed Pyrex dishes, which ones she has, which ones I've inherited from my mom and the outrageous prices I've seen at the antique stores and on eBay so I was delighted that she was willing to give up this lovely one!

Taco Dip:

In a dish, layer refried beans.

Then, the following blended:
*8oz cream cheese
*8oz sour cream
*1 packet mild taco seasoning (or half packet of hot taco seasoning)

Top with lettuce and tomatoes.

Serve with corn chips.
