Make It: Easy Framed Photos

I originally received this frame with different photos two years ago. I decided it was time to update it and since I had photos smaller than 5x7, I matted them on solid and then floral scrapbook paper to create a colorful background. very simple, but this way when I change the photos I'll be able to easily add these old ones into my scrapbooks!
