Make It: Mini Muffins

I'm going to a St. Patrick's Day breakfast and offered to bring mini muffins so I could use my new pans, which are from Target's Dollar Spot (but they were a $2.50 item).

I made 24 blueberry and 24 lemon poppy. Since I don't want to worry about getting my container back, I fit all 48 in a Qdoba container!
