Make It: Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Are you ready for some football?! Monday Night Football?! I am more a fan of the football snacking and bevos, so here's another dip recipe to try before the Super Sunday of Snacking.1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1 package (10oz) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 350*F
- Mix all ingredients until well blended
- Spoon into 9-inch pie plate
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top (optional)
- Bake 20 min
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers and/or fresh cut-up vegetables
