SOLD OUT: Chad Johnson Bobbleheads from Burger King

Burger King was running a promotion in the Cincinnati area where if you bought an adult combo meal and paid $4.99, you would get the Bengal bobblehead of the week. November 6 was the final week of this promotion with Chad Johnson (complete with gold teeth, but no mohawk)!

I do not know how many were available, but most locations sold out shortly after opening. Many of them ended up on ebay. One ebay seller has over 25 listed so I am guessing there was no limit to the amount one could purchase and/or the seller roped in his family or friends to help. Also, I'm guessing one did not have to buy a combo meal for every doll purchased, otherwise that is probably about $10 per doll, plus ebay listing, selling and Paypal fees.

I am sure many of these sellers think it was worth the investment. I, for one, would not be willing to get in line at a fast food joint at 5am on a Monday morning in order to turn around and sell these for a jacked up price. I bet the people who are like me are the ones who tried (but did not sell) their "Cinco Ocho" Bobbleheads for upward of $100 believing their time and/or the worth of the doll is much higher than the market is willing bear.
