School Me: MyPoints?

oh man, I totally feel like the Snapple Lady in saying a reader asks, "do you know anything about MyPoints?"

Well, Prone to Hyperbole, I don't have the scoop and if it weren't for waiting until the last minute to cash in on ebay's 20-cent-listing day, I would totally go looking for you. I do know Tired but Happy has posted about MyPoints, but I do not recall any others off the top of my head.

If you have the low-down on MyPoints or know of a blog that posts about them, please leave a comment to the posts or blog. Thanks in advance!

I am a member of MyPoints! It is free to join and super easy to earn points, which you can cash in for gift cards. I usually get about four or five emails a day from them, you just click on the link at the bottom that says "get points" and you have earned points! Super easy.
Once you earn enough points you can cash them in for any type of gift cards, which usually take 2 weeks to get.
If you have any other questions or want a referral email me and I'll send you one! Gollyg8@yahoo.com

ah yes, this is what I love about the Internet and sharing of information! Ask a question at midnight and people come along and answer -- thanks Alicia and ms girl (and any others who comment after me)!

If they offer Target gift cards maybe I should consider becoming a click happy MyPoint member....

ooh thanks udandi! now I know it's legit! I'm excited! it seriously has been so easy to rack up almost 3000 points - buying things I needed to buy anyway.

Thanks for the link, Andi.

I like MyPoints okay, but I never buy things thru them. I'd rather have a cash kickback from Mr. Rebates, Fat Wallet, etc. I do click those little 5-point emails from MyPoints but if you just do that it takes a long time to earn enough for any good rewards.

And again, you can't get cash for your reward, just gift certificates. Not as good as cash, IMO.

Still, it's easy enough.

Here is a link to my index to posts about rewards programs of all kinds. You know I love that referral action so if anybody isn't a member of these yet....

I am a MyPoints member and I love it - totally free rewards!! I just posted about them recently, here. I've been very happy with their rewards program. I'd recommend it.
I do use a separate email account for this, so that my personal inbox isn't overwhelmed with the Bonus Mail. That way I can just go through and click for points when I feel like it. Each email is worth at least 5 points (Points are worth about a penny each, give or take.)

And, udandi...yes, they do offer Target gift cards. (And you get 5-10 points/dollar for any online shopping through Target.com.)
