This promotion is subject to the following restrictions: This promotion is open to happy shoppers at least 18 years of age. Each voucher is redeemable for one gift certificate in the amount of $10.00 which may be used only at the Prime Outlets Shopping Centers at Birch Run (Michigan), Grove City (Pennsylvania), Jeffersonville (Ohio), Queenstown (Maryland) and Pleasant Prairie (Wisconsin) and nowhere else. Vouchers (a) are valid between July 1, 2006 and October 31, 2006 and at no other time whatsoever, (b) must be applied to the purchase of merchandise at one of the aforementioned Prime Outlets Shopping Centers and (c) may not be redeemed for cash. A person may redeem only one voucher and that voucher may be used at only one of the aforementioned Prime Outlets Shopping Centers. Employees of Prime Retail are not entitled to participate in this promotion or redeem a voucher. Prime Retail may refuse to redeem any voucher that it believes, in its sole judgment, to be an unauthorized reproduction. This promotion may be discontinued at any time and without any further notice.
