Tip: Spend Less Than You Earn

Here's another one of my fancy tips, spend less than you earn. I know it sounds simple, but you can't go wrong with sticking to the basics. It's like the eat less than you burn method of weight loss.

I'm thinking if you give this a whirl you may not find yourself hawking t-shirts on your web site to keep from being foreclosed upon. I'm not going to give the "Save Screech's House" web site publicity by linking to it, but when you spend more than you earn, you will find yourself in the hole. When you don't make payments, foreclosure happens. How's that for simple?!
