It is the same weekend as the 2006 Intonation Music Festival in Chicago, which was probably a smart move to get some of the artists playing there to travel to Cincinnati for the Desdemona Festival, June 23-25. Hopefully, this will be well received, not just by locals but from those in nearby cities. At $24 for 3 days and 30 bands, it is certainly a deal.
