Happy Valentine's Day!

This is just a sampling of some Valentine cards I sent out. It is the return of Target Dollar Spot scrapbook paper and Dollar Spot ribbon. I picked up the bumble bee stamp for $1 at Michaels and the Happy Valentine's Day and letters are from Stampin' Up!

Last year with the help of my friends and coworkers, I was able to drop off a handful of cards to a local nursing home. Good times!
I have a secret email admirer! I keep getting this messages from sender (unknown), which say "hello beauty."
What, you think it is spam mail?! pfft!
Happy Valentine's Day!

What a great idea to drop off Valentine's at a nursing home. I'm embarassed to say I never thought of doing that myself. I just wanted to let you know that you've put an idea in my head and tugged at my heart. I have something else to add to my "Want To Do List"!
aw don't be embarrassed, we all help out where and when we can! :)
I'm not sure where you live, but in the midwest the 3rd Saturday of October is called Sweetest Day. In 1922, a Cleveland, Ohio candy worker and philanthropist wanted to let orphans and shut-ins know they weren't forgotten so he distributed gifts and candy to them.
I like to embrace his idea and remind others that Sweetest Day isn't a romantic holiday even though the florist and cardmakers try to capitalize on it!
